Which machine can produce a variety of bag types?
The HBL-DC700 offers the most comprehensive functionality; it can produce handle bags, box-bottom bags, D-cut bags, flat bags, drawstring bags, and T-shirt bags (requires an additional punching machine). Other models also support multiple bag types, so the final choice depends on the specific types of bags you primarily need to produce.
Is a separate punching machine required to produce T-shirt bags?
It depends on the machine model. The HBL-AC700 and HBL-DT700 come with a built-in punching function as standard, whereas the HBL-DC700, HBL-DB700, HBL-C700, and HBL-B700 require a separate punching machine to produce T-shirt bags. We offer both automatic and manual punching machines; the automatic version is recommended, as it can be directly linked to the bag-making machine, resulting in higher efficiency and reduced labor requirements.
Can the machine attach loop handles automatically?
The HBL-DC700 and HBL-DB700 feature fully automatic loop-handle sealing capabilities, with speeds ranging from 20 to 75 pieces per minute. For other models, a separate handle-sealing machine is required.
Is a printing machine required?
If you need to print patterns or text on the bags, a flexographic printing machine must be installed at the beginning of the bag-making line. All models support printing registration mark tracking and positioning.
Can my materials be tested before mass production?
Yes. Huabo has an experienced technical team that can provide material testing services for clients prior to mass production. We can also send you trial run videos for reference.
What information is required for a quotation?
Typically, the following details are needed: bag style, bag dimensions (width × length), non-woven fabric weight (GSM), and whether fully automated production is required. Please also specify if printing or handles are needed.
